Founder Chris Barbic contemplates what it will take to close the educational achievement gap

YES Prep and Teach For America have a close relationship.  About half of our organization is affiliated with Teach For America either as a corps member of an alum.  Six out of eight of our school directors also began their careers in education through Teach For America.  Our founder and CEO Chris Barbic was a 1992 Houston Teach For America corps member and this month Chris is featured in a Teach For America One Day Magazine article about what it will take to close the achievement gap.
