YES Prep is giving away spots for the 2011 Chevron Houston Marathon

YES Prep is an official charity of the 2011 Houston Marathon! Whether you plan to run the
Houston Marathon on January 11th or not, you can help us reach out goal of raising $15,000. Click on the button below to donate or to set up your own personal fundraising page. RUNNERS
Dont' want to take your chances with the Marathon lottery? There are two ways you can support YES Prep and be guaranteed an entry in this year's race:
HEROES Registration -
With a tax-deductable donation of $350 of more to YES Prep plus the registration fee you will be guaranteed a spot in the race of your choice. There are spots avilable for the Marathon and the half. These are awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis, so sign up today before they are all gone. Visit

Fundraising For Registration
Commit to raise $1,000 for YES Prep by November 15th, 2010. This option does not require you to pay any money up front, but you must sign a commitment form by August 17th (registration is not complete until all funds have been collected). YES Prep has Marathon spots and half Marathon spots available. For more information or to request a commitment form, contact
Allison Poarch. Once signed, you can set up your fundraising page on the
YES Prep Campaign Website. From there, you can direct your friends, family and co-workers to your own personal page where they can donate anytime before November 15th to reach our collective goal.
NON-RUNNERS
You can still be a part of the YES Prep team. Make a donation, get a t-shirt and join us on race day.
Finally, join us on Thursday, September 16th at Memorial Park from 5p - 7:30p as we celebrate the 2011 race season with the Houston Marathon Committee. There will be booths distributing fun things and registered runners can pick up the limited edition "In Training" shirt.
