If parents are checking on the status of a route, the dispatch number for First Student is 713-941-9400, or 713-943-1184.  If they have a question about a stop placement or are requesting a new stop, they'll need to make the request to Delvin Stern @ 713-292-6540 which will then be forwarded to our Director of Transportation for research and make a decision.
